These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ja7774 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ja7774 website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming and betting services. By completing registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the ja7774 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all players accessing ja7774 from Bangladesh and are written in English, which is the operative language of this agreement. Any translations provided for convenience are non-binding; in the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.

1.1 Supplementary Rules

Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 years of age will be permanently closed and any deposits made will be returned net of any bonuses or winnings generated, which will be forfeited.

2.3 Employee Restrictions

Employees, directors, officers, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of ja7774 and its affiliated companies, technology partners, and game providers are not permitted to register or maintain an active player account on ja7774. Any such account discovered will be immediately closed.

2.4 Single Account Rule

Each eligible individual may open and maintain only one (1) player account on ja7774. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ja7774 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts and their associated balances will be closed without notice, and any winnings derived from the duplicate accounts will be voided.

To access real-money gaming and betting services on ja7774, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account details whenever your information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account.

• Proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your name and number, or front of card for card payments);
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed specified thresholds.

Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. ja7774 aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documents.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ja7774 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ja7774 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP on your registered Bangladesh mobile number. ja7774 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ja7774 support immediately at [email protected] so that we can suspend the account and investigate.

3.4 Account Currency

All ja7774 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in BDT. ja7774 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ja7774 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh players:

• Visa / Mastercard — International debit and credit card payments. Processing times may vary.
• Bank Transfer — Supported banks include BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladesh commercial banks. Processing time 1–3 business days.

4.2 Deposit Policy

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ja7774 at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your ja7774 account balance in real time for mobile financial service (MFS) payments. ja7774 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source withdrawal rule). ja7774 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals of funds derived from bonus wagering may be subject to additional processing steps as described in Section 5 of these Terms. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal approval.

4.4 Inactive Account Policy

An account is deemed inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ja7774 reserves the right to apply an account maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts once the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached, deducted from the remaining account balance. Players will receive email notification before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed at ja7774's discretion.

ja7774 regularly offers promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit on ja7774 may be eligible for a welcome bonus as advertised on the platform at the time of registration. Welcome bonus eligibility, bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and applicable wagering requirements will be stated in the current welcome offer terms. ja7774 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified:

• Bonus funds and deposit funds are wagered separately unless stated otherwise;
• Only wagers placed on eligible games count towards wagering requirements — some games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% contribution from live casino games) or not at all;
• Wagers placed using free spins winnings count towards bonus wagering requirements at the standard rate for slot games;

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematically exploiting low-risk wagering strategies to unlock bonus funds, using third-party software to automate gameplay during a bonus period, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers.

5.4 Seasonal and Event Promotions

ja7774 may run special promotions tied to Bangladesh national events, cricket tournaments, and cultural celebrations including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL season, and ICC T20 World Cup tournaments. These promotions will have their own specific terms, eligibility criteria, and expiry dates published at the time of launch.

6.1 Placing Bets

A bet is considered accepted by ja7774 only when you receive a confirmation reference number for that bet from the platform. Bets placed but not confirmed — for example, due to a network interruption or system error — are not valid and will not be settled. You are responsible for ensuring that your internet connection is stable before placing bets, particularly during live in-play cricket matches.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on ja7774 and are displayed within the relevant market interface. ja7774 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or markets at any time, including during live in-play events, without prior notice.

6.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event of a manifest error in the publication of odds, lines, or casino game outcomes — including, without limitation, software errors, data feed errors, or human input errors that result in clearly incorrect odds or payouts — ja7774 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. A "manifest error" is one that would be obvious to a reasonable person as incorrect at the time of placement. ja7774 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.

6.4 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino and slot games available on ja7774 are governed by the rules of the respective game provider (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe). In the event of a discrepancy between the game software outcome and the ja7774 platform display — due to a technical fault — the game server log held by the provider shall be the authoritative record for settlement purposes.

6.5 Disconnections

ja7774 is not liable for losses caused by disconnection during gameplay or live betting. If a disconnection occurs during a casino game round, the round will be settled according to the game server's record of the final outcome. If a bet is placed but the result is unavailable at the time of disconnection, the bet will remain open until the market settles in the normal course.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ja7774. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to all players through the standard interface;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game;
• Using insider information, match-fixing agreements, or any other form of corrupt information to place bets on cricket, football, or any other sports market;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud onto the ja7774 platform;
• Charging back or reversing deposits after they have been credited to your ja7774 account and used for gameplay;
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or the backend systems of ja7774;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of accumulating bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ja7774 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or loopholes in any ja7774 game or platform feature.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your ja7774 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their normal settlement timelines. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method via the same-source withdrawal rule within 5 business days of your closure request being confirmed.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or a permanent self-exclusion directly from their account settings or by contacting support. • The player has provided false registration information;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity;
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or match-fixing;
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ja7774;
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider.

Where an account is closed by ja7774 due to a material breach of these Terms, ja7774 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ja7774 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the ja7774 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Service interruptions, outages, or technical failures;
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or bet settlement;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account by a third party.

In no event shall ja7774's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ja7774 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.1 Platform Availability

ja7774 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party network issues may temporarily affect platform availability. ja7774 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via its website or email communications where practicable.

9.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ja7774's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable arbitral process and waive any right to a jury trial.

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

ja7774 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ja7774 will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of ja7774 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using ja7774 and contact support to close your account before the effective date.

10.2 Termination of the Platform

ja7774 reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or terminate the platform or any part of its services at any time, with at least 30 days' prior notice to registered players. In the event of platform termination, all real-money balances will be returned to players via their registered payment methods, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the resolution of any open disputes.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral body of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the ja7774 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ja7774 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
